Job brief
The Brunei Darussalam Food Authority (BDFA) is looking to fill the role of Administrative Assistant to manage our front desk and provide administrative support.
Requirements and skills
- Minimum GCE “O” level or equivalent.
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge on the use of computer and Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work under minimum supervision and have excellent communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communicant.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Assist with front desk duties.
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure all phone calls are answered and redirected politely and professionally.
- Assist with the management of food handlers’ training program, including scheduling, and maintenance of relevant records such as attendance and certifications.
- Assist in maintaining records related to food handler training and certifications.
- Assist clients with any queries related to BDFA services.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
